Service-Based Business

Vrozelonyz provides event decoration and photo zone design services. As a service-based business, our return policy differs from traditional product retailers. This policy outlines our approach to service cancellations, modifications, and refunds.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

More than 14 days before event: Full refund of all payments minus a 15% administrative processing fee. This fee covers design time, material reservations, and scheduling commitments.

7 to 14 days before event: 50% refund of total service cost. At this stage, materials have typically been ordered and significant preparation has occurred.

Less than 7 days before event: No refund available. Deposits and payments are non-refundable as materials have been purchased and our team has been scheduled.

Day of event: No refunds or credits. All services are considered rendered once our team arrives at the venue.

Service Modifications

We understand that event details can change. Modifications to your service package are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Changes requested more than 14 days before the event can be accommodated without additional fees, subject to availability
  • Changes requested 7 to 14 days before may incur modification fees based on the extent of changes
  • Changes requested less than 7 days before the event may not be possible due to material and scheduling constraints

Weather-Related Cancellations

For outdoor events affected by severe weather:

  • If severe weather is forecasted and you choose to cancel, standard cancellation policies apply
  • We offer rescheduling options within 90 days of the original date, subject to availability
  • Rescheduling fees may apply if materials need to be reordered or modified

Venue-Related Issues

If your venue becomes unavailable or access is denied:

  • We will work with you to find alternative solutions or venues
  • If services cannot be provided due to venue issues beyond our control, a partial refund may be issued
  • Refund amount will be determined based on work completed and materials purchased

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with our services:

  • Notify us immediately during setup if installations do not match agreed specifications
  • We will make reasonable efforts to correct issues on-site
  • Post-event complaints must be submitted within 48 hours with photographic evidence
  • Refunds for quality issues are evaluated case-by-case and may be partial

Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit:

  • Reserves your date exclusively in our calendar
  • Covers initial design work and material sourcing
  • Is applied toward your total service cost
  • Is subject to the cancellation policy outlined above

Force Majeure

In cases of events beyond our control including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions:

  • We will work with you to reschedule your event
  • Payments can be transferred to a new date within one year
  • If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be issued minus costs already incurred

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services or this return policy:

  • Contact us immediately to discuss the issue
  • We will work in good faith to reach a fair resolution
  • Documentation and evidence should be provided to support claims
  • Final decisions on refunds and credits rest with Vrozelonyz management
